Acrylic gets used often for things like Christmas ornaments.

Work Holding
Work on this is usually done on the face of a flat piece. A Bezel Chuck is often used.
Ornamental Turning Notes
When cutting into cast acrylic, on the last pass:
- reduce the cutting speed by 50%, and
- use a light oil to reduce the haziness.
Finishing
Properly cut, no finishing should be needed.
